We’re one of the oldest RV parks in Wellton, and people tell us all the time that staying here feels a little like coming home. Our park sits just a couple of minutes off I-8, close to desert trails, local golf, and small-town staples that make day-to-day life easy. Whether you’re passing through or planning a longer stay, we’re glad you found us!

No matter how long you’re here, we want your stay to run smoothly. You’ll find a long list of amenities, including full-hookup RV sites, clean showers, two laundry rooms, a library, a game room, picnic areas, propane on-site, and plenty of community spaces. During the snowbird season, the park stays active with shuffleboard, billiards, card nights, crafting, hot dog roasts, outdoor movies, karaoke, and the occasional dance. If you like having options and friendly neighbors nearby, you’ll fit right in.

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll have options in every direction. Yuma is only 25–30 minutes away for groceries, restaurants, medical appointments, and shopping. Off-road riders love how quickly they can reach nearby ATV routes and BLM land. And right here in Wellton, you’ll find golf, citrus stands, seasonal markets, and that easy pace of desert living people come back for year after year. It’s a great home base for day trips or simply for settling in and enjoying the sunshine.
