Everything You Need for Comfortable Long-Term Living
Long-term living works best when the day-to-day runs smoothly. Your site comes with 30/50-amp power, water, and sewer hookups, plus space to set up your outdoor area the way you like it. Our wide paved roads give you room to maneuver larger rigs without stress, and WiFi is available through a local provider if you’re working, streaming, or keeping in touch with family.
Around the park, you’ll find high-end amenities like clean showers, two laundry rooms, a library for swapping books, a game room with billiards and shuffleboard, and picnic areas. Depending on the season, you might find yourself joining morning shuffleboard, heading to a craft session, or settling in for an outdoor movie.
Some folks stay for the warm winter weather, some for the quick access to ATV trails, and others because Yuma (just 25–30 minutes away) covers everything from groceries to medical appointments.
