Absolutely! Long-term stays are available, but an application is required. You can submit it through our online portal. There is an application fee, and all fields must be completed to avoid processing delays. If you need help with the form, just give us a call!
You betcha, we’re open all year! From October through April, we have a dedicated snowbird season with extra activities and a strong winter community feel.
We have full hookup sites, including pull-through options. All of our sites include water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electric, and several have patio space so you can set up comfortably outside!
During snowbird season, guests can join in on:
Two to three dances with live groups each season
Shuffleboard
Wa-shoes
Pokeno night
Card games on various nights
Billiards in the game room
Outdoor movies (when weather cooperates)
Karaoke
Card bingo
Evenings around the public firepit
On the grounds you’ll find:
Laundry room and restrooms
Game room and billiards
Library
Public firepit
Easy access from I-8
Walking distance to a local golf course
Unfotunately, no. For safety and traffic flow, parking on the street is not allowed. Please keep all vehicles within your own RV site.
Each site is limited to one RV. Make sure your RV, vehicles, and outdoor setup all fit within your site boundary.
